In-stock items typically ship within 1-2 days of ordering. Some items are made to order and could take up to a week to ship. In a rush? Email us and we will do our best to accommodate your order.
Domestic shipments
USPS, FedEX and UPS prices calculated at checkout based on customer location.
International
USPS First Class International - flat rate of $25. Shippings times will very depending on distance and customs processing time.
US Virgin Islands and Puerto Rico has $12 domestic shipping option available during checkout.
Customer assumes responsibility for import duties, VAT and/or customs fees incurred upon delivery.
Easy Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be excited and love your J+G jewelry, if you're not happy with it we'll take it back. Returns and exchanges will be accepted within 7 days given the piece(s) are cared for and returned in like-new condition.
